Greetings

The 2026 Annual Meeting of JSIAM (The Japan Society for Industrial and Applied Mathematics) will be held at the Fukuoka International Congress Center. We are pleased to announce that the 2026 meeting will be held in person, and a banquet is also being planned. Since the Congress Center is easily accessible from the heart of Fukuoka City, we warmly encourage everyone to participate. The Organizing Committee looks forward to welcoming you all.

The program will feature plenary lectures, contributed talks, and organized sessions, alongside a poster session. We will also be conducting evaluations for the Best Presentation Award for Young Researchers and the Best Poster Award. We encourage a wide range of participants—including students and early-career researchers—to join us. Our goal is to provide a vibrant platform not only for presenting research but also for active networking and the exchange of ideas within the field of applied mathematics.

Payment Method:

Online applications can only be made by credit card, and payment during the event will also be accepted via online application only. Please note that cash  will not be accepted at the venue as a general rule.

The following international credit card brands are available: VISA, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX, Diners (debit cards with the above international brands are also accepted). Credit card payments are handled by International Bunkensha Co., Ltd. The card statement will show “国際文献事務センター” or “コクサイブンケン ジムセンター” (in Japanese), and on overseas card statements it will show “IAP CONFERENCE SERVICE”.

Participant name tags:

Please download the name tag from the registration system, print it out on A4 paper, and bring it to the venue on the day. A name holder will be given to you at the venue reception. This tag will be used to confirm that you have registered for the event and the social gathering, so please do not forget to bring it.
